Welcome to Upstate Trailer Sales! By purchasing or renting from us, you agree to the following terms.

• A signed purchase agreement is a binding contract.
   
• Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
   
• Full payment is required before the trailer leaves our lot (unless financing is approved).
   
• Used trailers are sold AS-IS. New trailers may include a manufacturer warranty.
   
• Buyers are responsible for taxes, tag, title, and registration unless otherwise noted.
   

• Valid driver’s license and payment method required.
   
• Rental fees and security deposit are due at pickup.
   
• Equipment must be returned on time, clean, and in the same condition (normal wear excepted).
   
• Late returns and excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.
   
• Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse while equipment is in their possession.
   
• Equipment must not be used for illegal activity, overloaded, or operated under the influence.
   

Customers assume responsibility for safe operation and agree to hold Upstate Trailer Sales harmless from claims or damages resulting from use.

• We accept cash, certified funds, cards (processing fees may apply), and approved financing.
   
• Returned checks are subject to additional fees.
   

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
